Karen Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kii Health, a leading North American healthcare services company focused on guiding care that delivers measurable outcomes. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, insurance, and health services, Karen has a proven track record of building high-performance organizations, scaling service-based businesses, and driving disciplined growth.

At Kii Health, Karen sets the company’s strategic direction and leads its evolution into a focused, outcomes-driven health services organization specializing in assessments, occupational health, disability management, care navigation, and mental health services. She is known for her emphasis on accountability, clarity, evidence-based care, and trusted partnerships that enable clients and members to navigate health with confidence.

Prior to Kii Health, Karen held senior leadership roles at Shepell.fgi, Morneau Shepell (now LifeWorks), SCM Insurance Services, and other national organizations. Her work included leading large-scale growth initiatives, operational transformation, and the development of innovative, research-backed mental health programs through public-private collaboration.

Karen serves on the Board of Directors of Kii Health and has held Board Chair, Director, and advisory roles with organizations focused on governance excellence and mental health advocacy.

Bryan Slapack is the Chief Financial Officer of Kii Health, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, performance management, and capital discipline in support of long-term, sustainable growth.  With deep experience across healthcare, services and complex operating environments, Bryan is known for translating strategy into clear financial execution. 

At Kii Health, Bryan oversees finance, accounting, planning and analysis, and risk management. He plays a key role in strengthening margins, improving cost discipline, and supporting the company’s evolution into a focused, outcomes-driven organization. His approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making to enable confident leadership and investment.

Prior to joining Kii Health, Bryan served as Vice President of Finance at LifeSpeak Inc. and held senior finance roles at PatriotOne Technologies and Brookfield. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CPA.

Jonathon Avery is Executive Vice President, Commercial at Kii Health, bringing more than 20 years of experience in employee health and wellness. He leads commercial strategy and growth, with responsibility for revenue performance, client partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

At Kii Health, Jonathon ensures the commercial organization is aligned with the company’s purpose of empowering healthier living with clarity and confidence. His leadership focuses on client-centric solutions, disciplined growth, and long-term value for employers, brokers, and partners.

Prior to Kii Health, Jonathon held senior commercial and client leadership roles where he led account retention and expansion, group benefits and wellness strategy, and the development of tailored health programs. He is passionate about connecting organizations to the right care at the right time to improve engagement and outcomes.

Siham Moussaddaq is Executive Vice President, Operations at Kii Health, where she leads operational strategy and service delivery across disability management, workers’ compensation, assessments, and integrated health services. She brings deep expertise in optimizing service delivery, improving performance, and ensuring programs are executed with clarity and confidence for both employers and members.

At Kii Health, Siham is responsible for building scalable, people-first operational frameworks that support timely, measurable outcomes. Her leadership spans cross-functional teams and systems focused on early intervention, effective claims management, and safe return-to-work planning, all grounded in evidence-based practice.

Prior to Kii Health, Siham held senior leadership roles in healthcare operations and program management, where she led process improvement, enhanced service quality, and delivered results across complex employer and population-based health programs. She is committed to operational excellence and building high-performing teams that improve client experience and clinical outcomes.

Jon Harju is Executive Vice President, Digital and Technology at Kii Health, where he leads technology strategy, systems architecture, and engineering execution in support of delivering measurable, trusted care. He brings deep experience across health technology and enterprise environments, ensuring Kii Health’s platforms and digital services are secure, reliable, and built to scale with clinical workflows and client needs.

At Kii Health, Jon oversees IT operations, software development, cloud strategy, and technical innovation. His leadership focuses on resilient infrastructure and connected digital tools that improve access, clarity, and coordination across members, clinicians, and partners.

Prior to joining Kii Health, Jon held senior technology leadership roles where he built and led IT and engineering teams, delivered mission-critical software, and drove digital transformation in complex organizations. He brings a practical, solution-oriented approach grounded in engineering excellence and business impact.

Aida Begovic is the Head of Product at Kii Health, where she leads product strategy, Health Assurance programs, and customer-centred innovation to support measurable health outcomes. She brings deep experience aligning digital and service design to the needs of individuals, employers, and partners across the healthcare system.

At Kii Health, Aida oversees cross-functional teams responsible for product design, development, and lifecycle execution. Her leadership ensures experiences are intuitive, effective, and aligned with trusted care pathways that deliver measurable value for employers, brokers, and members.

With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, education, and technology, Aida has a strong track record of leveraging digital solutions to improve clinical outcomes, engagement, and employer-sponsored health programs. Prior to Kii Health, she held senior product and healthcare strategy roles at Shoppers Drug Mart and CIRA.
