Karen Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kii Health. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry.  Karen has held executive positions in public and private organizations. In her position at Kii Health, she combines an extensive background in business management with her passion for making a difference in people’s lives, specifically in the mental health segment. Prior to joining Kii Health, Karen served on the executive team of Morneau Shepell and SCM Insurance Services.

Karen currently serves on the Board of Kii Health Inc. and has served on other public and private corporate boards.  She has also served in leadership roles on several not-for-profit boards, including the Ontario Shores Center for Mental Health Foundation, where she was previously Board Chair and Chair of Governance Committee.

Bryan Slapack is the Chief Financial Officer of Kii Health. He has 15 years of financial and industry experience. Most recently, he served as Interim CFO and VP Finance at LifeSpeak Inc (TSX:LSPK). He is a Chartered Accountant and brings extensive experience from his time at Ernst and Young, Brookfield and other large public companies. Mr. Slapack is a CPA, CA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Jonathon has over 20 years of experience in the employee health and wellness industry. He is passionate about helping organizations create meaningful health solutions and brings deep industry expertise in leading account retention and growth, overseeing group benefits and wellness products. He also partners with clients to drive growth and innovation in employee wellness solutions. Jonathon’s focus is on building true partnerships and offering personalized, adaptable solutions for employers’ evolving challenges, securing Kii Health as a strategic partner that understands clients’ needs through customized mental health and wellness programs that drive engagement.
